Through The Forest Of Thoughts

Living on the edge of paradise, They both knew hell was far, But still, they wanted to feel pain, They both came to earth. Filled with despair, They felt hate in hearts, They fought greed, They came face to face with despair, Still, they kept hope, Now they are in paradise again, And whenever somebody asks, How they did it... They said, All it takes is a little hope To help you stand In your Darkest Hour To look for faith even in despair It keeps you going It keeps you running Until you reach your goal That is paradise

Living in a world full of dreams, He was so happy on the printed screens, The demons within him tore him apart, And still, he smiles through the broken glass. She want to fly on a lovely breeze, She want to sit in a windy park, On a summer night with someone, It is literally all she need. They met each other on an October night, Under the starry sky, they fell for each other, She gathered the dreams, He flew in the breeze, They left the demons far away, And they both got what they needed.

They used to be best of friends, They shared all their thoughts, She the endless chatter, He the perfect listener. They bond they shared was that of friendship, But still, both fell for each other, The chatter started to grow more interesting, And he listened all day long. Both wanted to tell how much they loved, Both were bound by fear, They thought that if love happen, Then their friendship will tear. They both are now happy, But not with each other, They are still best friends, But a speck of love still linger, But alas they can't tell each other, Cause they are bound with friendship's fear.

We all have been here, For millions of years, We all have been feeding, Cause the earth nourishes us. As time went by, We made it cry, As we tore it open, Just for our needs. As our needs grew, And the machines cut through, As we forget that we, Do not inherit it from our ancestors, We borrow it from our children. When someday you will return to the ground, Then maybe you will remember, That this land does not belong to you, Rather it is you who belong to this land.

I sat there alone with my thoughts, Thinking about the time when you were mine, The time when were each others first thought, But as of now... We are apart, Your love a distant memory, And you the forgotten treasure. Just because you can't see me, Does not mean I'm not there, Just because I'm away, Does not mean I don't care. I'll come someday, And take you away, Into my world of dreams, And that my dear will be my happiest dream.

She stays in her bed, Whispering to the herself, Speaking her own language, She fell asleep thinking someone was listening. He spoke to the night sky, Like the moon was an old friend, Even stars learnt his words, He slept thinking the sky never replied. They met on a stromy night, The moon was full, The stars were singing, She looked like the night sky, He looked like the listener, They both locked eyes, Love was there deep down, Waiting for this moment he thought. Today the world watches them, As the ascend upon the dias, To say their vows, And DESTINY smiles, As the beauty of the night weds the silent listener.
